excellent stay
helpful staff spacious room varied breakfast central location
our room provided spare blankets, toiletries, and plenty of towels. the breakfast offered many choices. the walk to the seafront took about ten minutes.
the room lacked heating in the en suite, a bit of an inconvenience.

misleading advertising limited breakfast
the staff were friendly and helpful .
the breakfast menu advertised irish options. i requested black pudding but was informed they only offered an english breakfast. this felt misleading as the menu suggested more variety.

Good stay near the beach
perfect room convenient location delicious breakfast
I stayed in the small double room, which I found perfect as a solo traveler. The location is very convenient, with a short walk to the beach and shops. I appreciated how conveniently positioned it was to explore some of Dorset's best historical sites. Breakfasts were delicious.
The outside area could use some improvement. I noticed some plastic plants and weeds, which did not give the best first impression.

The building had a grand driveway and entrance with ample parking available on the premises. The room included essentials such as toiletries, a hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities. It provided everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast included a choice of english, irish or vegetarian options. There was an attentiveness to detail with options such as gluten-free cornflakes. Coffee was provided to me and was rich in flavour.

grand driveway ample parking lovely extras friendly staff
i loved the building. it featured a grand driveway and entrance! plenty of parking space was a real bonus, we found it very convenient. the room had lovely little extras, i particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches. the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were genuinely friendly. it was all so nice
The outside area would certainly benefit from a really good tidy up. The plastic plants didn't give a very favourable first impression, a bit disappointing
